Our Box Office is open 12.00pm - 6.00pm Monday to Saturday on non-show days and 15 minutes after curtain up on show days.
For Sunday shows, Box Office is open 1 hour before the start time. Call us on 01792 475715.
It's Grand to be back
We can't wait to welcome you back into our lovely theatre. Your safety is of the utmost importance to us and we have implemented several guidelines in accordance with the latest Welsh Government guidelines for the performing arts to ensure that we are as COVID-19 secure as possible.
Please wear your mask unless medically exempt, or you are in hospitality areas. Children under 11 are exempt.
The air-handling unit in the auditorium has recently been adjusted meaning there is 85% fresh air being provided into the auditorium in line with Covid fresh air guidelines.
Where possible we have amended the usual layout of the theatre to accommodate a one-way system to minimise social contact during your visit. Please follow the floor signs.
There is no legal requirement as of 7 August 2021 to socially distance, but we would encourage you to stay apart from customers outside of your group as much as possible.
Where possible, please use e-tickets, which will minimise social contact or bring along 'Print at Home' tickets to avoid collection queues at the Box Office. Ticket scanning devices will be used on entry to the auditorium.
We advise you to buy tickets online or use contactless payment in the theatre to avoid unnecessary contact.
Sanitisers are located at each main entrance and exit and outside each door to the auditorium on all levels; please use frequently.
Our Front of House staff are on hand to frequently sanitise touch points and toilets prior, during and after the performances.
Check for symptoms
If you are experiencing any of the identified Covid-19 symptoms it is very important you do not attend the performance / visit the theatre. Where possible we recommend taking a Lateral Flow Test prior to attending a performance. This is not a mandatory requirement, but would be a considerate measure for the people around you.
Non-attendance due to Covid-19
We will offer an exchange, credit or refund if you or any member of your party are unable to attend due to: Covid symptoms, a positive test result, or a requirement to isolate.
If this happens, please email us at email@example.com before the start time of the performance you're due to attend and will get back to you to process your credit/refund within the next couple of days. We may ask for proof.
We kindly ask you to not bring any large items to the theatre as unfortunately during this time we do not have anywhere to store them.
Only one person / group can be permitted in the passenger lift at any time. We encourage customers to use the stairs if they are able to.
Leave more time
We suggest you give yourself plenty of time to enter the theatre to avoid any crowded areas. The auditorium will open half an hour prior to the performance start time.
